Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GetProposalFlow (the “Service”), operated by GetProposalFlow(“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetProposalFlow is a software-as-a-service platform that enables freelancers and agencies to create AI-assisted proposals, collect e-signatures, issue invoices, and display payment methods chosen by each user. The Service is available at getproposalflow.com.

GetProposalFlow does not act as a bank, money transmitter, escrow service, or payment processor for payments between users and their clients.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription and Billing

GetProposalFlow offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Agency subscriptions. Current pricing and included features are displayed on getproposalflow.com. Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless a refund or mandatory right applies.

Paddle calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes for GetProposalFlow subscription purchases where required.

Client invoice payments are separate from your GetProposalFlow subscription. GetProposalFlow does not receive, hold, route, or process money paid by your clients. You may display a payment link or payment instructions from a provider you control. You are responsible for those client transactions, including taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and compliance with applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible GetProposalFlow subscription purchases made through Paddle, subject to our policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, fraudulent proposals, deceptive documents, or misleading invoices
• Infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Service
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of proposals, invoices, client details, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content only as necessary to provide and secure the Service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to enter client information and other content into the Service.

8. AI-Assisted Content

The Service uses Google Gemini by default and may use OpenAI or Anthropic when selected by you. AI-generated content is a drafting aid and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before sending it to a client or relying on it.

9. E-Signatures and Client Documents

The Service records electronic approvals and related technical information to support the proposal workflow. You are responsible for determining whether a document and signature method are appropriate and enforceable for your transaction and jurisdiction. GetProposalFlow does not provide legal advice.

10. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, add, or remove features. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes that significantly affect paid use.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” GetProposalFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to GetProposalFlow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion by contacting support. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law and mandatory consumer protections applicable to the relevant agreement. The appropriate courts or dispute-resolution process will depend on the contracting entity, your location, and applicable law.

14. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
